Patrick A. Bradford
Patrick A. Bradford is a complex commercial litigator with over twenty years of legal and management experience. He has represented corporate clients in federal courts throughout the United States, and before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Federal Trade Commission. He also represents clients in state court matters. Patrick’s extensive investigations work includes antitrust reviews, board of directors’ engagements and FCPA inquiries. Patrick is a former Litigation Partner with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. He served as General Counsel of a NYS state environmental agency, and Chief Litigation Counsel for the New York City Council. Patrick has been a guest instructor teaching “Law & Technology” at Columbia University. He is an Adjunct Professor of Antitrust Law at Fordham Law School.

Represented Ernst & Whinney in federal district court in Knoxville, Tennessee in connection with a complaint alleging audit negligence and breach of contract. Representation included the examination of a fact witness at trial, preparation of motions in limine, drafting of legal memoranda and briefs.
