Lisa Hershman is a legal analyst with 15 years of experience in legal research, writing, and litigation strategy. She received her undergraduate degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Yale University, cum laude, and her J.D. from Harvard University, magna cum laude. She works for our New York office remotely in Jerusalem, Israel. Lisa is also a registered patent agent and has written extensively on patent law, as co-author on two seminal patent law treatises and a client guide to patent litigation.
Prior to Pierce Bainbridge, Lisa worked as a legal analyst for Creizman LLC and Law Office of Kenneth A. Zitter.
