John R. Dillon IV is an Associate in Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht LLP’s New York office. Mr. Dillon is a 2015 graduate of Albany Law School. Following his graduation from Albany Law, Mr. Dillon worked as an Associate at a nationally recognized boutique litigation firm focused on “bet-the-business” commercial litigation.
Mr. Dillon focuses on complex commercial litigation and has represented national and international clients in a variety of matters in both state and federal court. High profile cases have included contract disputes, property disputes, environmental class actions, insurance coverage disputes and intellectual property litigation.

Member of the trial team defending billion-dollar environmental and Natural Resource Damages (NRD) lawsuits involving alleged hazardous substance contamination of air, soil, surface and groundwater resources with allegations of adverse health effects.
Represented Fortune 100 company in prosecuting claims against its former law firm for breaches of fiduciary and contractual duties.
Represented former School Board trustee in prosecuting claims against a Texas School District for violations of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
Intern for the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office. Assisted William J. Fitzpatrick with various projects, including New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s Commission to Investigate Public Corruption under the Moreland Act.
