Grace Chang is the Director of Operations & Supervising Paralegal at Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht LLP. She has over 12 years of extensive trial and litigation experience and has handled everything from accounts and administration to litigation support, providing the backbone for our firm both from a business and a law firm perspective.
In her capacity as the Director of Operations, Grace has been responsible for onboarding, human resources, setting firm protocols, and accounting, as well as the overall management of the Los Angeles office.
In Grace’s role as the Supervising Paralegal, she continues to support attorneys globally in the course of large and complex cases from inception to trial or settlement. She leads, provides training, and mentorship to staff, including paralegals, litigation fellows, and interns. Her unwavering work ethic is what drives her to embrace the rigors of the startup culture of the firm.
Grace holds her B.A. from UCLA and is fluent in Taiwanese and Mandarin Chinese. In her spare time, she enjoys photography and traveling.
