Denver G. Edwards focuses his practice on government and regulatory investigations, commercial litigation, and data privacy and security. Denver draws on his background as Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Divisions of the Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Treasury’s Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to represent corporations and individuals in investigations conducted by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, state attorneys general, and other regulatory bodies. He has handled matters involving insider trading, accounting fraud, market-wide securities investigations, sales practice violations, lending limits, corporate activities of national banks, internal investigations, and enforcement matters.
He also represents clients in commercial disputes in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts. Denver advises clients about corporate governance related to data privacy and security.
