Cassie Black is an associate at Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht LLP’s New York office. Prior to joining Pierce Bainbridge, Cassie was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP where she represented U.S. and international corporations and financial institutions in complex commercial litigation. Cassie has also defended clients under investigation by the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Cassie received her Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar, Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Tony Patiño Fellow. During law school, Cassie externed for the Honorable Gerard E. Lynch of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
