Andrew Wolinsky is a partner in Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht LLP’s New York office. Andrew’s practice includes litigating complex commercial disputes, antitrust, securities, and white-collar criminal cases before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitral tribunals. Andrew also has extensive experience advising clients on litigation finance transactions to secure funding to prosecute their cases and operate their businesses while litigation is pending.
Before joining Pierce Bainbridge, Andrew served as an Assistant Special Counsel for Public Integrity in the New York State Governor’s Office, where he gave advice to the administration on sensitive legal issues including public integrity, ethics, risk, and compliance. He was previously an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Loretta A. Preska of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Jane R. Roth of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
