Adam C. Ludemann
Adam C. Ludemann is an associate in Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht LLP’s New York office. Adam received his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, where he was an International Business Law Fellow and served as President of the Brooklyn Business Law Association and as an Executive Articles Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law.
Prior to joining Pierce Bainbridge, Adam was an associate in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. At Skadden, Adam represented U.S. and international corporations, financial institutions, officers, directors and other individuals across a range of industries in class and individual actions. His experience includes a wide variety of complex corporate, commercial and securities disputes in federal and state courts. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad array of matters, including claims for breach of contract, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty, as well as claims arising under the United States securities laws. He has also represented clients in connection with employment and IP-related disputes.
